I took a large youth group on a day trip to Chicago. The entire experience, from start to finish was wonderful! Seats were roomy. Air-conditioned. Clean restroom. Friendly driver. Wi-Fi access. Timely and Safe travels. One of my youth even commented, "I feel like I'm riding like royalty!" The only suggestion was that I wish there was provision for more passengers to access the Wi-Fi. There was a limited number able to get on at the same time...but still, the trip was an A-1 experience!!
We used this company for a trip to Kentucky from Bloomington, Il with several stops along the way. The customer service was great! The driver was very accomodating, friendly and punctual. My top compliments are the leg room, we were very comfortable and the driving ability of the driver. I had two small children without carsearts and I wasn't the least bit worried for their safety. No complaints, just a recommendation for clearer, cleaner windows! I would definitely use again and am sure we will do business in the future.
